Moody's is seeking a Privacy Counsel to support its Global Privacy Program, with primary responsibility for advising privacy matters across North America. Act as sole North Americas privacy counsel advising on U.S. and Canadian state and federal privacy, direct marketing, data breach and data broker laws. Review and assess privacy considerations for projects, including impact analyses and due diligence.
