What You’ll Do Assistboard-certified surgeons during procedures and patient care Monitor anesthesia using advanced multi-parameter equipment Perform laboratory procedures and prepare outside laboratory samples Obtain patient histories, weights, and vital signs Provide exceptional nursing care for hospitalized patients Assistwith patient admissions, transfers, recoveries, and discharges Support CT and MRI procedures Deliver compassionate, professional client communication Maintain treatment areas, equipment, and inventory What We’re Looking For Current Maryland Licensed Veterinary Technician credential Associate degree in Veterinary Technology from an accredited program Minimum 5 years of veterinary experience Specialty, surgery, anesthesia, or advanced nursing experience strongly preferred CT and MRI experience preferred but notrequired Strong communicationand critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced specialty environment Passion for providing exceptional patient care Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork VTS (Anesthesia) and VTS (Surgery) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
