Below are the details of the job description: Tax Data Warehouse

• SQL Server
• Microsoft Business Intelligence (SSIS SQL Server Integration Service & SSRS SQL Server Reporting Service, SQL Server & SAP DART)
• SAP Ticketing - Based on reports (Quarterly, Monthly, and Yearly)
• Fixing issues on DART/SSIS/SSRS/SQL Server

Additional Information:

• As a team, we work on ETL monthly - SQL tasks and generate flat files for validation by the tax team. These files must be updated promptly on the spreadsheet and secure drive.
• We also perform reconciliations and validations from our end.
• ETL tasks are performed on Company Codes.
• We create SQL tables (stage and facts) every month on SQL Server to compare transactional data and data for Recon, Non-Recon, and Trial Balance files from SAP-DART.
• Any additions of new profit centers or GL accounts require updating the master tables accordingly.
• Stage and fact loading, reconciliations, and flat file generation are done using stored procedures. This process must be performed for all company codes to ensure reconciliation.
• During year-end activities, coordination with the tax team on the PC Hierarchy list is necessary, and the processes are repeated for periods when new Profit Centers/GL Accounts were added.
• Ensuring no GL account balance mismatches is crucial, as the tax team requires accuracy.
• We also work on SSRS Reports for all company codes.
• After the GL Close, SAP DaRT extracts and views need to be manually scheduled and monitored. Process dates/times will be updated.
• Prior to scheduling, coordination and checks with the LAR contact are required.
• Transaction Data (TD) Extracts are scheduled for the following company codes
• Master Data (MD) Extract is scheduled for company codes every month and for the remaining company codes during year-end.
• Trail balance data extracts are performed for company codes.
• View files are generated on a monthly basis for the following company codes.
• Audit requests for previous years are handled.
• Additionally, she takes care of any tickets related to server configurations, SQL server, and secure share drives for North America and Canada, as well as any other foreseen issues.
• As part of year-end on the DART end, she updates the Profit Centers/GL accounts to perform extractions and schedule views. After completing all the above processes, she informs the NCI Tax team and TDWH team (both of us) that the views are ready, so we can proceed with the work on the TDWH side.
• She also performs TDWH year-end activities on the flat files, including zipping and password protecting the files and burning them onto DVDs/flash drives to meet Nestle compliance requirements. Three sets of DVDs need to be prepared once all the year-end processes are complete.
