RN - Rehab

We are seeking a qualified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) with rehab nursing experience to join our team. This role will involve providing direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Our facility offers a wide range of services, and as part of the healthcare team, your contributions are invaluable in promoting the health and well-being of our patients. Responsibilities Deliver quality nursing care to a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatrics, with various rehabilitation needs. Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust care as necessary. Document patient conditions and interventions accurately. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals in the rehabilitation department. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have prior experience in rehabilitation nursing. Current RN license in the state of Washington. CCRN certification preferred but not required. Knowledge of GG scoring and relevant documentation practices in rehabilitation is preferred.
