- Ability to weld using one or more welding processes
- Ability to follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Blueprint reading (a plus, not required for all positions)
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work is a MUST
