Integrated Support Planning & Management Specialist - F-15 Qatar (Experienced or Senior)

Job Description Integrated Support Planning and Management Specialist – Hazelwood, Missouri. The position will support the F-15 Qatar Sustainment Program within the International Government and Defense portfolio, focusing on parts repair and part acquisition to maintain aircraft fleet readiness. Position Responsibilities Establishes and communicates objectives and goals to ensure common direction and delivery of high‑quality products and services on time Strong aircraft obsolescence and part research experience related to current fleet operations and future modifications and upgrades Works with online part database tools such as SMART, TAV, Haystack, SCARS and ADPLS Ensures a strong partnership with Boeing buyers and suppliers as well as Supply Chain and provisioning Develops, maintains and communicates supplier statements, project charters, and supplier proposals to ensure alignment with project and organizational goals and objectives Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 3+ years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for a defense platform (e.g., Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, Facilities & Infrastructure, Retrofit, Provisioning, Supply Chain) 3+ years of experience in identifying and communicating business requirements with cross‑functional and/or cross‑business teams 3+ years of experience working with Foreign Governments or knowledge of Foreign Government Systems Experience in a military supply support environment, including demand and inventory management of company‑owned material, customer‑owned material and program/contract material Willing and able to travel 10% of the time domestically and internationally Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience (higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.) F‑15 Aircraft part tracking experience Supply Chain experience is a plus Microsoft Office Tools proficiency Conflict Of Interest Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict Of Interest assessment process.
