Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Frederick, MD. The candidate will lead full lifecycle project delivery while managing stakeholders, risks, and ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Project Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Define project scope, develop plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder communication, facilitate workshops, and align business and IT objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, and deployment in line with best practices.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and effective change and release management processes are followed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (PMP certification preferred).
• 8-10 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven expertise in delivering ServiceNow projects across modules like ITSM, ITOM, or CSM using Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align business and IT objectives while driving successful project outcomes.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
