What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of our Member Service team, you’ll be a trusted, helpful face for our members at both the service desk and the teller line. Your role will include:

• Delivering an exceptional member experience by providing friendly, accurate, and professional service during every interaction.
  
  
  
• Working comfortably in a dual-role environment , providing personalized one-on-one member service in an office setting and assisting members with transactions on the teller line.
  
  
  
• Processing a variety of financial transactions , including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, cash advances, and monetary instrument purchases.
  
  
  
• Opening new accounts and assist with loan inquiries by explaining available products, completing system entries, and collecting required documentation.
  
  
  
• Identifying member needs and recommend appropriate products and services that support members’ financial goals.
  
  
  
• Resolving routine and complex member service issues by researching concerns, explaining policies, and identifying effective solutions.
  
  
  
• Supporting daily branch operations , including cash management, branch and vault balancing, night deposits, ATM deposits, and other cash equipment.
  
  
  
• Following established security, documentation, and regulatory requirements while serving as a knowledgeable resource for teller questions, complicated transactions, and balancing issues.
