Busser

The Busser supports the front-of-house team by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. This role ensures tables are cleared, sanitized, and reset promptly while assisting servers and other team members to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently after guests leave

Reset tables according to restaurant standards

Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, restrooms, and service stations

Refill water, beverages, and condiments as needed

Assist servers with food delivery when required

Remove trash and transport dishes to dishwashing areas

Stock service stations with utensils, napkins, glassware, and supplies

Respond promptly to guest and team member requests

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Good communication skills

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 2550 pounds

Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying trays or bus tubs

Fast-paced restaurant setting

May include evenings, weekends, and holidays
