Industrial Maintenance MechanicIndustrial Maintenance Mechanic | Raleigh, NC | Hiring ImmediatelyStarting Pay Range: $31.31 to $37.20 based on experience and qualificationsBonuses: $5,000 Sign-on BonusAvailable Shift: 12-hour shifts with rotating scheduleDay Shift: 7A-7P Night Shift: 7P-7A Rotation between the two schedules is requiredResponsibilities:Maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, and production goalsDiagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and make adjustmentsWork on pneumatic and hydraulic systemsWork on gear boxes, bearings, belts, chains, rollers, pumpsRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and servicesPerform simple machinist skillsUse a variety of hand and power toolsFollow Safety and Health policies and proceduresAbility to drive material handling equipment or be trained to drive material handling equipmentQualifications:Minimum 2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience or industrial maintenance associates degree with a willingness to grow into the jobMust take and pass Ramsey Mechanical Aptitude TestComputer skills and/or ability to be trained on work order systemAbility to effectively communicate to aid in trouble shootingWelding experience, a plusMust show initiative and adaptability to work independently and/or as part of a teamMust have strong desire to learn, develop, and adapt to new equipment and methodsExperience or desire to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift a plusBe willing to work overtime as required to meet company goalsTrack record of staying with a company a minimum of 2 yearsAbility to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance#INDIIB
