Outbound Warehouse Associate

Position Summary On Deck Deliveries is looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Outbound Associate to help prepare deliveries for success. In this role, you'll pull, stage, verify, and prepare products for daily delivery routes while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Pull and stage products for scheduled delivery routes. Verify labels, scan items, and ensure order accuracy. Prepare items for loading, including wrapping and protecting products when needed. Support White Glove and specialty deliveries by confirming all parts and accessories are included. Assist with unloading inbound shipments when needed. Report damaged or incorrect items immediately. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Help maintain warehouse inventory and supplies. Qualifications Ability to lift and move furniture and other heavy items safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience is preferred but not required. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
