Registered Nurse - Emergency Department
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients of all ages, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics in various medical situations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for patient management and transfer.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- 2 years of nursing experience, with previous charge experience required.
- Experience in a community hospital setting is required.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
- Preferred experience with Epic charting system.
