Production WorkerWe are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prepping and assembling products according to specifications, while maintaining compliance with HACCP-plan and food safety requirements. The role demands attention to detail and adherence to strict safety and manufacturing practices in a dynamic and sometimes cold environment.ResponsibilitiesPrep and assemble products to specification.Comply with HACCP-plan and food safety requirements.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Ensure cases and pallets are configured safely and according to standards.Maintain scheduled production to meet team business goals.Notify management of any potential food safety or quality issue.Deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.Demonstrate attention to detail.Understand written and verbal policies, guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.Work overtime as required, even on short notice.Work on a flexible schedule based on production needs.Operate manual and automated processing equipment.Communicate with management regarding any issues, whether work-related or personal.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsAbility to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.Attention to detail.Understanding of written and verbal policies, guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.Ability to work overtime as required, even on short notice.Basic math skills.Ability to communicate effectively with management.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in general labor, packaging, food production, food manufacturing, and food handling.Ability to perform heavy lifting.Knowledge of labeling processes.Why Work Here?This contract-to-hire role offers significant upward mobility and growth opportunities for individuals seeking to advance their careers.Work EnvironmentThe production facility operates as a bakery with varying temperatures, ranging from 40 to 60 degrees.
