We’re hiring a Maintenance Documentation Assistant for a long-term opportunity in South Burlington, VT . With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right. Onsite: S. The Maintenance Documentation Assistant will be responsible for: Digitizing all necessary documentation and storing in electronic systems. Preparing documentation for aircraft engine repair events. Breaking down the completed engine work packages for supervisor approvals. Review and update paperwork to ensure accuracy prior to filing. Create CS orders. Embrace and execute all other duties, as required, or assigned, including serving as back-up to other administrative staff. Training will be provided. Adhere to general work rules and company policies and procedures applicable to work area and job functions. Qualifications, Experience & Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Criminal background check and compliance with FAA drug and alcohol screening are mandatory. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent attention to detail. Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding time management abilities. Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter. Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred. Familiarity with SAP is preferred. Ability to work overtime as required in support of business.
