This medical group urology practice is a clinic location situated directly across from the hospital, offering a collaborative and well-supported environment for urological care. The facility serves adult patients with a strong emphasis on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction within a comprehensive outpatient and hospital-based setting.

Job Details:

• Permanent placement opportunity with a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction - candidates must have strong interest in this subspecialty area
• 20-25 patient encounters per shift in a clinic setting located across from the hospital
• Standard weekday clinic hours from 7am-5pm with beeper call coverage
• Call responsibility approximately 7-10 days per month with on-call callbacks to the hospital averaging 3-5 times per week after hours and on weekends
• Perform general adult urology procedures and services
• Laparoscopic surgeries required
• Percutaneous nephrolithotomy and ureteroscopy required
• Radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, and pelvic node dissection required
• Adrenalectomy required
• Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy required
• TRUS biopsies required
• Incontinence procedures required
• Penile prosthesis required
• Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) required
• Board certified or board eligible within 3 years accepted
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• California license required - will consider providers willing to obtain CA license
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 120 days
