Reviews daily routes and ensures routing efficiency to deliver Roll‑Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job‑sites safely and on time. Communicates with customers and homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily utilization of Whip Around Maintenance and Inspection program. Ensures compliance with safety rules and regulations including completion of Safety Pre‑Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines. Builds and maintains good working relationships with project managers. Run weekly meetings and communicate company policies to Drivers. Hire, Train, and conduct Performance Reviews of Drivers. Work side by side with office manager to handle customer complaints or critical matters in order to achieve high customer satisfaction. Directs and oversees transportation operations within the company. Deliver Roll‑Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job‑sites safely, and empty containers and wastewater tanks at disposal sites.
