Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in-store to understand their flooring needs and recommend suitable products
• Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting and building relationships with potential clients
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company through proactive sales efforts
• Work some Saturdays as part of the full-time schedule

Compensation

The position offers a guaranteed annual salary of $42,000 , with the potential to earn significantly more based on performance.
