Chick-fil-A Operations ManagerThe Operations Manager is an integral member of the leadership team by assisting the General Manager in the overall supervision and operation of the restaurant. See nondiscrimination.EEO StatementMinimum Required Qualifications - Associate's or equivalent education/experience in food-related, business, or hotel/restaurant management field plus four years of food service management experience in a high-volume commercial or non-commercial dining service operation required. Knowledge of cost controls, inventory controls and food safety/sanitation programs necessary. Must have ability to supervise large quantity food production. Knowledge of personal computers, word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail and internet necessary. Food Handler's permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required.Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience relevant food/dietetic/hospitality or business field preferred. Management experience in a non-commercial dining service operation desirable.Physical Required - YesCommercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
