LPN – Long‑Term Care (LTC) | 13‑Week Contract | Decorah, IA
We’re seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a respected Long‑Term Care facility in Decorah, Iowa. This is a 13‑week contract offering consistent 40‑hour weeks and your choice of evening or night shift.
Position Details
Shift: Night shift
Hours: 40 per week
Setting: Long‑Term Care / Skilled Nursing
Location: Decorah, IA
Compensation: Estimated $1806 gross weekly
Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality resident care in accordance with facility standards
Administer medications and treatments
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
Document assessments and interventions accurately
Support residents with ADLs and ongoing care needs
Requirements
Active Iowa LPN license or compact equivalent
Minimum 1 year LTC/SNF experience
Current BLS
Strong communication and teamwork skills
