Key responsibilities include:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Defining and communicating the product's vision and goals, while developing a roadmap to achieve them.
• Backlog Management: Creating, organizing, and prioritizing items in the product backlog based on value, dependencies, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary liaison between customers, stakeholders, and the development team.
• Sprint Planning & Clarification: Clearly defining actionable requirements (user stories), answering team questions, and organizing development sprints.
• Maximizing Value: Ensuring the team focuses on delivering high-quality, valuable features during every development cycle
