Client Service Associate

Your role

At UBS, we are looking for a Client Service Associate to work with a large advisory team in the Cincinnati Market. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, passionate about helping others chart their financial lives, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

• Schedule appointments for members of the team
• Issue checks and transfer funds for clients between accounts and outside UBS
• Print and mail account statements and other account documents for clients on request
• Educate clients on UBS services and account features
• Gather and process information needed for account opening and maintenance
• Greet clients and prospects and welcome them into the office when they arrive
• Prepare documents, presentations and other materials for client and prospect meetings
• Proactively engage with clients and visitors to anticipate their needs in the spirit of providing exemplary customer service

Your team

You will be working with a large team in Cincinnati, Ohio that services over 250 households with approximately $1 billion assets under management.

Your expertise

• Ideally 1-3 years of experience in client service
• Series 7 and 66 licenses (or commitment to earning them shortly after hire).
• Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and drive to succeed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and detail oriented environment
• Commitment to learning and self-development
