About the Role:
We're hiring for a full-time CNA to provide meaningful, person-centered care to older adults in a welcoming, values-driven community. You'll assist with daily living tasks while promoting independence, dignity, and personal choice.
The Details:
- Base Pay: Starting at $20.81/hr.
- Shift Differential: + $2.00/hr. for evening shift.
- Med Passing experience: +$1.00/hr. (can train after Orientation is complete)
- Schedule:
- DAY shifts available- 6:15 am - 2:30 pm:
- Sunday Thursday (5 positions)
- Friday- Mon (6 positions)
- Tuesday - Saturday (4 positions)
- EVE shifts available- 2:15 pm - 10:30 pm:
- Sunday - Thursday (2 positions)
- Tuesday - Saturday (5 position open)
- NOC Shifts available- 10:15 pm - 6:30 am:
- Friday - Monday (3 positions)
- Tuesday - Saturday (3 positions)
- Weekend Availability Required
- Status: Full-time with benefits
What You Need:
- At least 18 years of age
- Current Oregon CNA certification
- Current CPR/1st Aid or BLS Certificate
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card
- Previous caregiving experience
- Med Passing experience preferred
- A heart for older adults
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be a team player
