Manufacturing Technology Specialist

The Manufacturing Technology Support Specialist is a hands-on, technical team member who keeps manufacturing systems running day-to-day and helps build the tools and documentation that make them work better over time. This role is the operational engine of the Manufacturing Technology team — close to the floor, close to the systems, and close to the people who depend on both. You will support OHM (manufacturing execution system) and Warehouse Management systems, assist with integrations and data flows between OHM and NetSuite, troubleshoot issues as they surface on the plant floor, and manage the support ticket pipeline that keeps our systems accountable. You will also develop training materials and work directly with plant supervisors and operators to build confidence in the tools they use every shift. This is a role for someone who is comfortable moving between a terminal window and a production floor — who can read a barcode label configuration, investigate why an integration file didn't process, and then walk a shift supervisor through the fix in plain language.
