Staffing Account Manager & Recruiter

$22.00/Hour | Bilingual English/Spanish Required
Monday-Friday - 9:00am-6:00pm | Dallas, TX & Flower Mound, TX

Belmar Integrated Logistics is seeking an experienced Staffing Account Manager & Recruiter to join our team.

We are looking for someone who understands the fast pace of staffing and recruiting and is comfortable managing candidate pipelines, conducting phone screens, sourcing talent, assisting applicants, and supporting client staffing needs.

Experience recruiting for warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, production, and light-industrial positions is strongly preferred.

$22.00/HOUR + Benefits

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, online recruiting platforms, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct phone screens and pre-screen interviews
• Identify qualified candidates and schedule in-person interviews
• Assist walk-in applicants with applications and onboarding
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and prospect lists
• Follow up with applicants throughout the recruiting process
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Support job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives
• Partner with clients and operations teams to understand staffing requirements
• Help fill open positions quickly with qualified, dependable candidates
• Manage multiple recruiting priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment
• Maintain accurate and organized recruiting activity and candidate information

Order Selectors • Forklift Operators • Manufacturing Associates • Production Associates • Warehouse Associates • General Labor • Light-Industrial Positions

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience
• Staffing agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Experience recruiting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or light-industrial employees strongly preferred
• Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of applicants and open positions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with online job boards, sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems, or recruiting tools preferred
• Professional attitude with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients
