Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, continual care to individuals and families through all life stages, from children to seniors.

Educational Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possession of (or eligibility for) an active medical license in Kansas.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
