What You'll Do As a Service Dispatcher, you'll play a key role in coordinating technicians, supporting customers, and helping our operations run efficiently every day. Your Responsibilities Will Include Scheduling and routing service technicians efficiently throughout the day Monitoring technician progress and adjusting schedules as needed Communicating appointment updates, delays, and timelines to customers Coordinating with customer service and field teams to ensure smooth operations Gathering important job details so technicians arrive fully prepared Following up with customers to confirm appointments and provide support Assisting with incoming calls during high-volume periods Scheduling and managing prepaid maintenance appointments What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is dependable, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure.
