Tableau Developer

Job TitleLocation: Mason, OhioResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective data visualizations.Support Engineering Excellence initiatives through analytics and performance reporting.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across dashboards and reports.Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.Implement best practices for dashboard design, usability, scalability, and performance.Create and manage data models, extracts, and performance optimization strategies.Provide actionable insights through data analysis and visualization.Partner with Engineering, PMO, and Business teams to deliver reporting solutions.Automate recurring reports and manage scheduled reporting cycles.RequirementsMinimum 6 years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization.Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.Advanced SQL development and data manipulation skills.Experience building enterprise-scale dashboards and analytics solutions.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsPrior experience within the Healthcare domain.Experience with Power BI, Python, or R.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience developing engineering metrics, KPI dashboards, and performance reports.Soft SkillsStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
