Remote-First Customer Success Specialist | Tech Support
Spektra Systems
Spektra Systems LLC seeks a Customer Success Specialist to join its support team. You will be the first point of contact for users with L1 issues, diagnosing and resolving basic problems, and escalating more complex issues as needed.
This role starts remotely and will transition to onsite in the future. You will assist in hardware/software deployment, monitor performance, and ensure security protocols while delivering exceptional service.
