HRIS Analyst / Systems Administrator Key Responsibilities Lead and support HR systems projects, including system enhancements, implementations, integrations, and process improvements. Gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and translate business needs into system solutions. Serve as the primary administrator for HR technology platforms, ensuring system performance, data integrity, and user support. Manage system upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, configuration changes, and vendor issue resolution. Develop and maintain standard, ad hoc, and analytical reports to support business decision-making and reporting consistency. Conduct data audits, monitor data quality, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. Partner with HR, business stakeholders, and external vendors to optimize workflows, improve user experience, and support ongoing system adoption. Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and end-user support resources. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of HR systems administration experience, preferably within complex, multi-entity environments. Experience supporting HR technology implementations, upgrades, migrations, or ERP/HCM systems. Strong understanding of HR processes, reporting, analytics, and data management. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
