Responsibilities
- Provide registered nurse-level wound ostomy/continence (WOC) care in accordance with current standards of practice
- Assess wounds, plan and implement interventions, perform dressing changes, and monitor healing progress
- Deliver ostomy and continence care, including stoma assessment, appliance management, and patient education
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in rounds, and communicate changes in patient status
- Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and documentation requirements in the electronic medical record
- Educate patients and families on wound care, ostomy management, and discharge planning

Requirements
- Active RN license to practice in Georgia
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in wound ostomy/continence specialty
- WOC certifications: CWON and/or CWOCN required
- Wound care certifications: WCC, CWS, or CWCN required
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in a WOC nursing role
