Role Associate Photographers are responsible for collecting media for Homes.com and Apartments.com, creating virtual tours, floor plans, and marketing photographs of residential homes and apartments using Matterport Pro3 cameras and other digital equipment. Responsibilities Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints for residential properties. Produce high‑quality photographs that best showcase homes and apartments. Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments. Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, researchers, and management. Maintain market coverage, identifying new inventory and missing listings. Adhere to CoStar safety standards while operating company equipment. Represent CoStar professionally at all times. Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as required. Physical Requirements Sitting in a car and standing/walking for up to 8 hours per day. Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment up to 5 pounds. Repeating hand and arm movements to operate camera equipment and type on a tablet or laptop. Bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying as needed. Driving outdoors in all seasons. Availability to work weekends on a rotating schedule. Qualifications At least 2 years of professional photography experience. Real‑estate photography experience or a related degree. High School Diploma or GED. Strong customer‑service orientation. FAA Part 107 license for drone photography (obtained within 30 days of hire). Strong time‑management and detail orientation. Ability to collect and enter data accurately. Excellent oral, written, and organizational communication. Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet, and Apple iOS products. Independent work style in a fast‑paced environment. Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record. Compensation The Associate Photographer is an hourly position with bonus eligibility based on performance metrics.
