Senior Growth Analyst

Focused on optimizing marketing performance, the full-time Senior Growth Analyst will manage performance tracking, reporting, and analysis for marketing channels while working remotely within the US. Key responsibilities Own performance tracking, reporting, and analysis for marketing channels, ensuring stakeholders can act on insights confidently Design and analyze experiments, including A/B tests, to evaluate channel effectiveness and contribute to forecasting models Build and maintain dashboards in Looker or similar tools, enabling growth teams to self-serve key metrics efficiently Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in marketing or growth analytics within a consumer-focused or high-growth technology company Strong SQL skills, capable of writing accurate queries and identifying data anomalies Solid understanding of marketing measurement concepts and experience with BI tools for reporting Familiarity with experimentation concepts and their validity in testing Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to diverse stakeholders
