Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking motivated, ethical real estate agents who have established momentum and are ready to elevate their business. If you are actively producing but feel limited by your current broker's culture, technology, or support, our team is designed to help you scale strategically. This opportunity is ideal for agents focused on increasing both transaction volume and average price point, especially in markets north of I-20.

Ideal Candidates Must:

1. Have a minimum of $1.25M in annual closed transaction volume (at least 4 transactions per year).
2. Conduct real estate as their full-time occupation.
3. Align with a culture of service, placing people's needs above their own.
4. Value integrity, professionalism, and ethical decision-making.
5. Be comfortable leveraging modern technology to enhance communication with prospects and clients.
6. Be coachable, growth-minded, and driven to build a sustainable business.

Job Type: Full-time, 1099 Contractor

Pay: Commission-based (with Bonus opportunities)
