Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

About:

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
