Marketing Manager - US

The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join GlobeWest as our first dedicated US-based marketing leader. Reporting to the Head of Marketing in Australia, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement and marketing performance across the United States. Based in Los Angeles, you will act as GlobeWest's on-the-ground marketing representative, working closely with both the Australian Marketing team and US Sales leadership to localise and execute marketing initiatives that support our growth ambitions. You'll be responsible for bringing the brand to life through events, partnerships, content creation, public relations, showroom activations and industry engagement while providing valuable market insights that help guide our expansion strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of all US product launches, seasonal campaigns and local marketing initiatives. Develop and execute a US marketing calendar that supports commercial objectives and brand growth. Coordinate & attend trade shows, market weeks, showroom events, customer activations and industry engagement initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, media contacts, industry associations, influencers and brand ambassadors. Manage partnerships, sponsorships, memberships and affiliations with organisations. Coordinate local photoshoots, project features and content creation opportunities to support marketing campaigns and social media activity. Manage PR, digital, creative and event agency partners to maximise campaign performance and brand exposure. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision‑making. Manage the US marketing budget, campaign reporting and marketing performance metrics to ensure strong return on investment. Own the compliance of US marketing activities in line with US law, including ambassador partnerships, email/SMS marketing, customer data handling and promotional/pricing claims. Act as the key liaison between the US market and the Australian Marketing team, ensuring seamless execution and communication across both regions. About You You are an energetic and commercially minded marketer who enjoys taking ownership and making an impact. You are equally comfortable developing strategy, building relationships and rolling up your sleeves to deliver exceptional marketing execution. You will bring: 7+ years' experience in a marketing management role within furniture, interiors, design, lifestyle, luxury or other premium consumer brands. Demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaigns, events, partnerships and brand activations. Working knowledge of US advertising, endorsement disclosure and consumer privacy requirements. Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities. Experience managing budgets and reporting on marketing performance. A passion for design, interiors and the customer experience. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline. Availability for evening and weekend work as well as domestic travel for events, market weeks and trade shows.
