Job Description BME Fire Trucks is seeking a 12-Volt Technician to support our Electrical Team. We are a locally owned Fire Truck manufacturer in Boise, Idaho. BME manufactures wildland fire apparatus used in the US and Canada for wildland fire suppression. The receptionist/office assistant helps support management and provides an exceptional customer experience through courteous and professional interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
This is a full-time permanent position located on site in Boise, Idaho. Occasional overtime may be required. We are a growing company with opportunities for advancement. We offer excellent compensation and full benefits including health, dental, vision and 401k.

- Designing and fabricating equipment brackets and wire harnesses
- Emergency colsole buildouts
- Installation of Emergency lighting packates
- Multi-plex systems
- OEM Interface and programming
- Understanding of electrical principles
- Understanding of electrical circuits
- 12-volt experience
- Able to work cooperatively with others as a team and with people of diverse backgrounds
- Roll around tool box
