About the Role:

Salon Iaomo LLC in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our team! If you love transforming clients' looks and creating an exceptional salon experience, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your craft in a welcoming and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments for a diverse clientele
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services
• Apply hair color, highlights, balayage, and other color techniques with precision
• Perform blowouts, updos, and specialty styling for everyday and special occasions
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with health regulations
• Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service
• Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology License required
• Experience in haircutting, coloring, and styling techniques
• Strong knowledge of hair care products and chemical services
• Excellent communication and client consultation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Passion for the beauty industry and ongoing education
• Bonus if you have Hair Replacement / extensions experience
