SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Location & Schedule Intel RNB Cafe – 2200 Mission College Boulevard, Santa Clara, CA 95054 (online applications only). Full‑time: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm (details discussed during interview). Requirements Experience with safety protocols and guidelines. Experience in food service. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who fail to meet standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management; ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor, develop employees, and encourage career advancement. Perform other duties as assigned.
