Network Engineer

Providing 24x7 network support for production and corporate networks, the full-time Network Engineer II will troubleshoot layer 1-3 issues, proactively monitor network health, and manage network-related incidents while working remotely with flexible shift schedules, including weekends. Key responsibilities Serve as the first point of defense for all network-related incidents, ensuring quick service restoration Install, configure, and maintain network hosts and services, including routers, switches, and firewalls Create and update standard operating procedures for network change management and issue mitigation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 2 to 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Full understanding of routing, switching, server operating systems, and firewalls Familiarity with content delivery networks and internet peering strategies CCNA certification or equivalent Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and swing shifts
