Job Description Seeking partner(s) for a Spring, Texas start‑up business in a high demand industry. The role is full‑time and requires the partner to reside nearby. Responsibilities Provide bookkeeping and tax filing services to small businesses and individuals. Maintain meticulous financial records and support the company’s financial strategy. Manage long‑term startup operations and collaborate with the founder to grow the bookkeeping company. Qualifications At least 7 years of experience in bookkeeping and tax services. Accounting degree and CPA certification preferred. Proficiency with accounting software. Strong, consistent work history and ability to work long hours. Knowledge of effective marketing and fluency in Spanish are highly desired. Must live in the Spring, Texas area and have financial capacity to support the startup period.
