Be the voice of the firm: qualify prospects, support clients between advisory meetings, and drive business development through high-quality outreach. As an Internal Client Associate at Twin Peaks Wealth Advisors, you sit at the intersection of business development, client experience, and team support. You will be on the phone every day with prospective clients, existing clients, and referral partners, playing a critical role in how prospects experience us before they ever meet an advisor, and how clients feel between their advisory meetings. What you'll do Conduct outbound calls to confirm prospects have completed pre-meeting steps and field preliminary questions about fees, services, and our process. Reach out to clients before and after advisor meetings to ensure they are prepared and to address follow-up questions. Serve as a warm, proactive point of contact between formal advisory engagements, surfacing concerns to advisors before they become issues. Invite clients and prospects to firm events, webinars, and educational programs; support the team's referral strategy through consistent outreach. Gather and relay key intelligence from client and prospect conversations so advisors enter every meeting fully prepared. What we're looking for Experience in a high-volume outbound or inbound calling role: internal wholesaling, financial services client relations, or similar. Natural communicator who builds trust quickly over the phone. Organized, self-directed, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Coachable, competitive, and genuinely care about the client experience.
