Overview Patient Care Manager Location: Roswell Position: Patient Care Manager Position Type: Full-Time Remote/Virtual Position: No Salary: $90,000-$100,000 Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM in Office Offer Based on Years of Experience Qualifications Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing. Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state. Previous experience in home care setting with two years management or supervisory experience, preferred. Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
