Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified psychiatrist
• Permanent, full-time employed position
• Associate Medical Director opportunity with a blend of clinical care and leadership responsibilities
• Build and expand an integrated behavioral health program serving:
• Homebound patients
• Assisted living residents
• Patients with dementia and cognitive impairment
• Patients with complex psychiatric and medical comorbidities
• Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing treatment through outpatient clinics, telehealth, home visits, and facility-based care
• Develop evidence-based behavioral health programs integrated with primary care and long-term care
• Establish clinical protocols and treatment pathways for medically complex behavioral health patients
• Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioners and other behavioral health providers
• Lead interdisciplinary case review meetings and support treatment planning
• Collaborate with primary care physicians, social workers, care management teams, and family caregivers
• Help develop scalable workflows, documentation processes, and behavioral health integration initiatives
• Participate in program development including Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), Behavioral Health Integration, and tele-behavioral health services
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
• No inpatient responsibilities

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified Psychiatry
• Active New York license or ability to obtain
• Experience treating adults with complex psychiatric and medical conditions
• Experience supervising behavioral health clinicians preferred
• Strong interest in integrated behavioral health and value-based care

• Leadership or program development experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive compensation package - $240,000-$260,000+
