About the Position

Job Title: RN Telemetry Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: NOC, 4 × 12-hour shifts Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active RN license Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Flu/COVID vaccination required, but accepting medical/religious declinations Description: Virtual interview with auto-offer for RN Telemetry positions. Patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:6. Experience with adult and geriatric patients required. Common diagnoses include chest pain, atrial fibrillation, stroke rule out, COPD, kidney stones, pre/post-heart catheterization, cystoscopy, lithotripsy, EGD, and colonoscopy. Responsibilities include blood administration, cardioversion, 12-lead EKG interpretation, telemetry interpretation, and titrating anti-arrhythmic drips. Shift rotation: 12-hour day/night shifts. Weekly hours: 36. Weekend and holiday work required: every other. Floating to other units may be required. Candidates must respond to job offers with acceptance or decline within 48 hours. Time off will not be added or altered once an offer is accepted. Scrubs: Navy blue.
