Physical Therapist

CareRite Centers is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services in our skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. In this resident-centered role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, participate in care conferences, document in EMR systems, and support CareRite’s culture of compassion, hospitality, and clinical excellence while flexibly covering PRN shifts as needed.
