MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

U.S. Marine Corps

Duties

You will receive and process multi-channel facility maintenance requests via telephone and email, applying a thorough understanding of labor trades, structural components, and technical vernacular to capture accurate data.

You will evaluate and classify all incoming service requests into standardized priority categories (Routine, Urgent, Emergency, Project, Recurring) in strict compliance with OSD standards.

You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the computerized asset management system (MAXIMO), auditing system data, generating error reports, and providing first-level technical guidance to Regional Call Center (RCC) personnel.

You will manage daily workflow operations by balancing workload assignments among on-duty staff, verifying emergency dispatches, and maintaining flexibility to support critical operations across rotating 24/7 shifts.
