Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service & Pricing Coordinator to support the Sales team with customer pricing, quotations, order support, and day-to-day customer communication.

This is a customer-facing support position, not an outside sales role . The ideal candidate is comfortable working with customers, numbers, pricing, manufacturing information, and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review and price customer orders using approved pricing
• Prepare customer quotations and maintain accurate pricing information
• Identify missing, outdated, or incorrect pricing
• Communicate pricing updates and quote information to customers
• Respond to questions regarding pricing, quotes, order status, lead times, and expedite requests
• Read basic manufacturing drawings and part information for quoting
• Assist with customer prequalification forms, questionnaires, and commercial documentation
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to obtain information
• Support annual pricing reviews and approved price increases
• Maintain organized customer, pricing, and quotation records
• Learn company pricing methods and progressively take ownership of routine quoting

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, inside sales support, quoting, estimating, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional phone and email communication
• Ability to read basic manufacturing drawings and part information
• ERP or quoting-system experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and customer requests at once
• Comfortable working with customers and internal departments to resolve questions

The ideal candidate is calm, responsive, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn industrial pricing and quoting.
