Quality Systems Lead

Becton Dickinson seeks a Quality Systems Lead to oversee assigned quality processes at its El Paso facility. The role involves providing technical guidance to quality personnel, driving compliance improvements, supporting regulatory activities, and leading continuous improvement initiatives within the medical technology manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead for assigned Quality System processes and provide day-to-day guidance to personnel
- Support CAPA activities including investigation, root cause analysis, and effectiveness verification
- Lead compliance improvement projects, process optimization, and business effectiveness initiatives
- Conduct trend analysis, monitor process effectiveness, and prepare quality metrics and performance reports
- Facilitate audit planning, execution, and corrective action follow-up; support regulatory inspections and customer audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or related field
- 5-8 years of quality systems, quality assurance, or regulated industry experience
- Advanced knowledge of Quality Management Systems and applicable regulations
- Strong understanding of CAPA, Change Control, Training, Audit, Complaints, and Document Control processes
- Experience supporting regulatory inspections, audits, and FDA/GMP/ISO requirements
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and influence without direct authority
