Community Manager

Gestion Zagora is a fast-growing and dynamic real estate management company with over 5 years of experience. We currently own and manage a large portfolio of rental properties across Montreal, the South Shore, Gatineau, and Quebec. As we continue to expand, we are building a stronger team to support our growth. We are looking for a full-time Community Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida . In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of properties, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the company’s continued development. Community Manager – Key Responsibilities Manage daily administrative operations for the property portfolio Respond to tenant inquiries and provide professional customer service Coordinate lease renewals, assignments, move-ins, and move-outs Maintain accurate tenant files and update property management systems Manage email communications and track service requests through Building Stack Coordinate maintenance appointments with tenants and subcontractors Process invoices, track payments, and support monthly administrative reporting Prepare notices, lease-related documents, and general correspondence Collaborate closely with property managers to support smooth operations Assist in improving administrative processes and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with company policies and lease agreements Support overall portfolio growth and tenant satisfaction Desired Profile Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented Proficiency with property management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in property management and/or administration Fluency in English Ability to work under pressure Work schedule that supports work–life balance.
