Respiratory Therapist - Sign-On Bonus & Ventilation Expert

Kindred Hospital Lima, part of ScionHealth, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide safe, evidence-based respiratory care across the hospital. The role includes ventilator management, ABG interpretation, and patient assessment with emphasis on documentation and interprofessional collaboration.
Required credentials include NBRC-credentialed RT licensure, BLS and ACLS, and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced environment serving adult and geriatric patients.
